We desperately need to move away from a culture of reactive healthcare and one that only focuses on treating symptoms instead of improving health and function. The only way to achieve the health, function and wellbeing you desire is to become proactive, take responsibility for you and your families health and don't wait until you have symptoms to start making positive changes. Bad lifestyle choices we make everyday bio-accumulate over time and eventually catch up with us. By the time we begin to show symptoms our health and function is often in a poor state.
