Chris Gubbings, MChiro, BSc, DC
Graduated with a Masters in Chiropractic from the Welsh Institute of Chiropractic, having previously gained a first class honours degree in Sports Science from Glamorgan University where he also received the academic award of excellence. Since graduating Chris has been in private practice in Pembrokeshire and Cardiff. Chris was inspired to become a chiropractor having seen and felt the benefits of chiropractic care first hand following a serious neck injury playing rugby. The treatment he received enabled him to return to health and sport in optimum condition. Chris has found great satisfaction in helping people lead a pain free and healthier life through chiropractic and its philosophy. Having come from a sports science background Chris has a keen interest in sport and exercise related injuries and rehabilitation. Chris treats a number of athletes from professional cycling, regional and international rugby, professional mixed martial arts and international and commonwealth Olympic weightlifters to name but a few.

Through a detailed case history, orthopaedic & neurological examination, the focus of care is on finding the root cause of a condition as well as screening for predisposing factors for future injury. Chris is registered with the General Chiropractic Council and a member of the United Chiropractic Association.
